There is something I have been learning in a more live manner recently and as I have been looking at it,I am starting to slowly figure out how crucial it is.
Staying on your lane.
There are so many things happening in this world and before you know it,you are driving on someone else lane.
Each and everyone of us has a purpose and that is what sets us on our different lanes. You are a writer, you are on your own lane. You aspire to be a great chef, that is your lane.
What is it that sets your heart on fire? Just a thought of you doing is enough to refill you with a new energy.
..That is what is meant for you.It is through you passion you get your purpose or at least so I believe.
Now each lane is its own, meaning is a different path from another and in order for one to reach his/her destination,he has to stay on his lane. Now if you aspire to be a great chef, culinary is your lane. The better you choose people and situations that helps you stay in that path, the better.
In order to stick to your lane, discipline is mandatory.
You have to know what it takes to reach end of the road and you have to religiously try and stick to that. From people you associate with, places you go to,how you spend your time to how you brush your teeth :).
You can not want to be something different and then behave like everyone else.
Someone’s lane may allow/require them to spend 6 hours per day on social media.Does your lane also requires that?.Someone’s lane may allow/require them to read ten books per month,Does your lane also require that?
There has to be a reason behind everything you do that ties down to your purpose, that is how you stay on your lane.
